The Parsippany-Troy Hills Free Public Library Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable, scientific and education purposes. It is a 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Gifts to the Parsippany-Troy Hills Free Public Library Foundation, Inc., are tax deductible. Gifts of $2,500 or more may take advantage of a three-to-five year pledge payment plan. The library also accepts gifts of cash, check, or pledge with down payment and negotiable securities.
