Meeting Rooms:

Room A has a capacity of up to 90 and includes an extensive package of media services, including DVD, VHS, CD, Dolby sound system, large projection screen and performance stage. It is also laptop-ready for presentations. Additionally, it has access to kitchen area.

Room B has a capacity of up to 60 with direct access to kitchen area.

Rooms A & B can be combined for a capacity of up to 250 including all services previously listed.

Group Study Rooms:

Group Study Rooms A & B have glass-enclosed privacy rooms located in the information services area of the library. These rooms have a capacity of up to 12; you may reserve either of these rooms for any group use, including school projects, book clubs, service club meetings, etc. There is no fee for this service.

Tutorial Rooms:

There are two tutorial rooms located on the lower level. These rooms are available for private tutoring for two individuals; they may also be used for private study. There is no fee for this service.

Computer Training Lab:

Enjoy the professional atmosphere of our computer training lab. With 12 computers networked to a main server, you may teach or attend a class. The lab may be reserved by any organization.

Your group may wish to make a special note of the following items:

1. Fees are due the first of the month or may be paid in full for the year. All fees are listed within the applications.

2. In addition to the reservation fees, each group must submit a separate refundable (provided the room is left in good order) $50 deposit in the form of a check.

3. Meeting room groups are asked to end their meetings by 9:00 p.m. so the security guard can lock up the building.
